Font Test
When deciding on our text for the digipak and poster, we visited "Dafont.com" to gain various texts unique to the website itself. By doing this we increased individuality and would be able to give our products a more unique feel.
The font we decided on is shown below;

Editing Our Promo
We edited our footage on Mac's provided by the school, using some editing software called "iMovie" and sometimes "Final Cut Express". Final Cut Express is far more versatile than iMovie as it has more industry standard features. In order to add a professional appearance to our video I decided to play around on Final Cut Express and discovered ways in creating good effects to add interest to our video. We did around 4-5 hours editing a week both during media lessons and in our free periods, with the video overall taking us about a month to edit the whole promo. When beginning to think about our digipak aswell however, we decided to split the group and Ryan and Jacob started on the digipak whilst I carried on with the editing of the promo.
The hardest part of editing the footage was being able to hear which shot was what over music being played by everybody else. It's due to this issue that we decided to edit the video in our free periods, where the room was empty and quiet. By doing this, we made our lip syncing effective as each clip was played at it's specific point in the song.

2nd Day of Filming
The second day of filming was focused mainly on checking over footage we had already taken and ensuring that there were no technical issues with various shots, that we had not noticed the day before. We also filmed more footage of the environment around us to add in incase we did not take enough shots that would work, and also flashbacks in Ryan's house. We uploaded the footage onto a laptop so we could see it better, and gain an idea of the way our video would look on screen. Thankfully, we were glad with the footage we had recorded and attended school the next day to upload it to a Mac.
1st Day of Filming
After arriving at the venue of our promo (Stamford Arts Centre), we had to prepare the room in a way we wanted it to appear on our promo. Here, we had a play with the stage lights available too us, and close the back curtains; testing lighting effects and visibility frequently through test shots on the video camera. We also set up all of the technical and instrumental equipment, such as amps and microphone stands, as well as extra props we had brought specially for the occasion such as fair lights to drape over the stage. During the first day, we chose to focus on getting all the performance shots done whilst the venue looked the same, to add continuity and a professional side to our video. After gaining all the performance shots we needed, we put the venue back to how it was when we arrived and decided to move onto our flashback scenes, heading into Stamford town centre for a "real" feel of the events being portrayed. Overall filming went according to plan and we didn't encounter any problems.
